Fran was a much loved Wife, Mum, Nana, Sister, Aunt, Niece and Cousin who is greatly missed and deeply grieved. Her passing at the tender age of 52 has left a great void in many lives but thankfully for Fran it was the end of her suffering and ill-health.
"When God called you Home"
Author Unknown
A million times I needed you,
A million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place,
No one else could ever fill.
It broke my heart to lose you,
But you did not go alone.
For part of me went with you,
The night God called you home.
I was not around in person when you died Fran but you were and always will be on my mind and in my heart.
God Bless You and Keep You Fran.
Sleep Well.

Three Long Years Have Passed Fran And This Poem Says It All
MISS YA LOADS
Miss ya loads each n everyday
In my heart is where you'll stay
I know in time I'll see you again
U were my sis but also a friend
Your life was oh so short
But think of the lessons u taught
U were the heart of all the family
Now ur gone it deeply saddens me
Just to hear ur voice wud be great
But I guess I'll just have to wait
When my time on earth is done
You know we'll have so much fun.

The Heart's Library
Imagine if I was given one moment,
just a single slice of my past.
I could hold it close forever,
and that moment would always last.
Id put the moment in a safe,
within my hearts abode.
I could open it when I wanted,
and only I would know the code.
I could choose a time of laughing,
a time of happiness and fun.
I could choose a time that tried me,
through everything I've done.
I sat and thought about what moment,
would always make me smile.
One that would always push me,
to walk that extra mile.
If I'm feeling sad and low,
if I'm struggling with what to do.
I can go and open my little safe,
and watch my moment through.
There are moments I can think of,
that would lift my spirits everytime.
The moments when you picked me up,
when the road was hard to climb.
For me to only pick one moment,
to cherish, save and keep,
Is proving really difficult,
as I've gathered up a heap!
I've dug deep inside my heart,
found the safe and looked inside,
there was room for lots of moments,
in fact hundreds if I tried.
Am building my own little library,
embedded in my heart,
for all the moments spent with you,
before you had to part.
I can open it up whenever I like,
pick a moment and watch it through,
My little library acts as a promise,
I'll never ever forget you

~~~~~~~~~~~ Someday ~~~~~~~~~~~
Someday once more we'll meet you,
No one knows just when,
We'll meet in a lovely place
Never to part again.
Someday once more we'll meet you
And feel your tender touch
And tell you again what you've always known
That we love you very much
Our Phone Calls
I sit beside the telephone
and wait for you to call
the telephone stays silent
and my tears begin to fall.
With each day that passes by
and still no call from you
I want to keep believing that
you've had too much to do.
I tell myself tomorrow
you'll find the time to phone
to let me know you just popped out
and now you're back at home.
We talked for hours on the phone
we covered all the years
about our childhood memories
that brought laughter and some tears.
You remembered many things
you had so much to say
but you forgot to tell me
that you had to go away.
You didn't leave a number
for the place that you would be
but if they give you messages
you'll hear this one from me.
If our phone calls end now
because we have to part
all the love I have for you
will never leave my heart.
Our first sad year has ended without you by our side
So many times I’ve needed you so many times I’ve cried
They say that time’s a healer but that I’ve yet to find.
They say it’s a wonderful journey from this old land to the new.
But the day the lord took you it broke my heart in two
The Precious Gift
One gift above all others
God gives to us to treasure
One that knows no time, no place
And one gold cannot measure.
The precious, poignant, tender gift
Of Memory --- that will keep
Our dear ones ever in our hearts
Although God gives them sleep.
It brings back long remembered things
A song, a word, a smile
And our world's a better place because
We had them for a while!
Memories
Memories are heartbeats
Sounding through the years
Echoes never fading
Of our smiles and our tears.
Moments that are captured
Sometimes unaware
Pictured in an album
Or a lock of hair.
Images that linger
Deep within the mind
Bit of verse we cherished
Once upon a time.
Through the musty hallways
Of the days we knew
Ever comes the vision
Beautiful and true.
Memories are roses
Blooming evermore
Full of fragrant sweetness
Never known before.
Life must have a meaning
Goals for which to strive
Memories are lights that burn
To keep the heart alive.
When you feel a gentle breeze
Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From a loved one way up high
If a soft and tender raindrop
Lands upon your nose
They've added a small kiss
As fragile as a rose
If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From someone special up above
If you awaken in the morning
To a bluebird's chirping song
It's music sent from Heaven
To cheer you all day long
If tiny little snowflakes
Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from Heaven
Trimmed with Angel lace
So keep the joy in your heart
If you're lonely my dear friend
Hugs that are sent from Heaven
A broken heart will mend
so sorry for your loss xxxxxxxxxx
